Cool Video, except I did not like the Kung Fu Fighting Music. My old neighbor was the head of the Kung-Fu association and invented his own style that incorporated many secret shaolin style techniques. He handpicked a few students and taught us for free. We learned many things, especially how to use the whole body to create the most powerful force with the least energy(Similar to Serpent path). I thought I was tough for awhile, but watching that video reminds me I am not tough at all. Those monks are hardcore.
