Pita Bread Pizza
Not only healthy, but this quick pizza can be made to your individual tastes.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 six inch pitas
- 1/2 cup prepared spaghetti or pizza sauce
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 1 small onion or several green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced olives
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small green pepper, sliced
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 package pepperoni, sliced
- Parmesan cheese, grated
PREPARATION:
1. If baking the pizzas, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degress C). If grilling, don't preheat the oven.2. While one of you is preparing the sauce, the other should start preparing the toppings.
